Digital services immediate-access consent

Faultfolio is supplied online and is intended to become available immediately after a successful subscription payment. This notice records what you are being asked to agree to before checkout begins.
Your request for immediate supply
By selecting the immediate-access checkbox at checkout, you expressly request and consent to Faultfolio starting the supply of its digital service before the end of any statutory 14-day cancellation period that may apply to your online purchase.
Your acknowledgement
You acknowledge that starting digital supply immediately may affect, reduce or in some circumstances cause the loss of a statutory cooling-off cancellation right, but only to the extent applicable consumer law permits. This consent is not a waiver of rights that the law says cannot be waived.
Faulty or misdescribed digital services
Immediate-access consent does not remove statutory remedies where Faultfolio is faulty, not as described, unfit for purpose, or where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill. Depending on the circumstances, consumer law may provide rights to correction, repeat performance, a price reduction, refund or another remedy.
Subscription billing remains separate
This consent concerns when digital access begins. Faultfolio Solo remains an automatically renewing monthly subscription: £1.00 for the first month for an eligible new account, then £4.99 per month until cancelled. How consent is captured
Faultfolio requires the immediate-access checkbox to be selected before it creates the Stripe checkout session. The checkout session records the consent version and acceptance time in billing metadata so the consent is associated with that purchase attempt.
